Creekside Analysis Ltd, a Colorado limited liability company (“CAL”) understands that your  privacy is important to you. If you wish to access, update, or correct your personal information which we hold, please contact  CAL below. We will take reasonable steps to comply with such requests and may charge a  reasonable fee for retrieving your personal information. If you have registered for CAL’s newsletter or downloadable marketing materials, and you prefer  not to receive future email communications from us, follow the instructions at the bottom of the  email communication to unsubscribe or change your subscription preferences.  

CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY 

We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. CAL will alert Site users to any material changes to the Privacy Policy by publishing a notice on the Site.
